Having recently moved house I required an electrician for safety work, broken sockets, lighting and switches. Nick at NDM was responsive, clear and efficient with the quote. He arrived on time and carried out the work as agreed, leaving things tidy. There was a follow up to check I was happy with the work. In summary the service was everything I wanted for a fair price. I will contact NDM in the future when I require a professional electrician.

Thank you Nick for being so flexible on the day of my move. It is such a stressful time but you helped so much. For context, I needed my oven disengaged from one property in the morning and then re engaged once moved in to the new property. This all happened on the Friday a week before Christmas. Nick and his co-worker Michael came out to us to undertake various electrical work, mainly a new fuse box, testing the electrics around the house and additional light fittings. Very competent, talked us through the process and what would be best for us. The estimate he provided was very competitive and very detailed — explaining exactly what we were getting and why (especially where the fuse box was concerned). Work was carried out to a high standard and completed very promptly, we had seen several electricians prior to Nick but he was so friendly, straightforward and knowledgeable it was a no-brainier to go with him. I needed an electrical installation report for insurance purposes. I sent a contact form to Nick and got a response within hours. During the inspection it was found that we needed a new consumer board and associated works to a secondary unit. Nick was prompt with his quote and once excepted made a date to do the work. He kept in touch and when the day arrived was on time. He was very friendly and professional throughout and insisted on cleaning up even though there was very little mess.
