When I found I had a leak under the floor under a kitchen unit, Craig attended the same day, found the leaking pipe under the kitchen floor, and replaced the section of pipe. Craig must have 5 elbow joints to have been able to do all of this through such a tiny hatch hidden under our kitchen units! All of that in an hour and a half, and I was thinking it would be a kitchen rip out and house insurance job. Absolutely amazing work, very impressed. Our old boiler was awkwardly placed in a tight cupboard and used a twin flue. Craig had too, remove boiler, channel a new flue, re-lead the roof and re-plumb. He did this with no complaint, no fuss and without a mess. Grace at the office kept us informed, supplied the correct paper work with in a day and made the whole experience painless. Can't recommend them enough.
